Dutch law stipulates that you are entitled to a trial period of 14 days. KookGiant extends this period for our customers to 30 days. We do this so that you can be sure that you feel good about the product. If you want to return a product, you must meet a few conditions

1. The product must not have been used. You may view and rate the product just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used, we will refuse the return.
2. The product is undamaged. The product will be returned to us in its original condition. This condition also applies to any accessories.
3. If there is an exception to the voluntary 30-day trial period, it will be stated on the product page.

Return your order and have the purchase amount refunded

2. We process your request within 1-3 working days;
3. Fill this in as well as possible, including the order and return number;
4. Send your return shipment including the return form to our return address;
5. After receiving your return, we will transfer the purchase amount within 5 working days

Return your order and exchange it for another product

2. We process your request within 3 working days;
3. Fill this in as well as possible, including the order and return number;
4. Send your return shipment including the return form to our PO box;
5. After receiving your return, we will create a new order for you within 5 working days
6. You will receive an order confirmation from us of the new order
