Sushi knives

A sushi knife, also called a sashimi knife, is mainly used for cutting sushi and sashimi. The blade is sharpened on one side, so it stays sharp longer and cuts very precisely. This special knife has an edge in the blade so that the food is pushed aside when cutting and does not stick to the knife.
